‘Skills for Biopharma – Researching and forecasting the current and future skills needs of the Biopharma sector in Ireland to 2027′ report
Nora Trench Bowles, IUA Head of Lifelong Learning, Skills and Quality, held the second IUA Skills Data Digest webinar on Tuesday 21st May 2024. This session focuses on ‘Skills for Biopharma – Researching and forecasting the current and future skills needs of the Biopharma sector in Ireland to 2027’ report, recently published by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs (EGFSN).
We were joined by Marcus Breathnach (Head of Secretariat), Don O’Connor (Project Manager) and Rhodri Lloyd from the EGFSN Secretariat in the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, who each delivered a short presentation.

National Skills Bulletin & Monitoring Ireland’s Skills Supply 2023 reports
Nora Trench Bowles, IUA Head of Lifelong Learning, Skills and Quality, hosted the first IUA Skills Data Digest webinar on Monday, 29 April 2024. In this webinar, we were joined by the authors of the National Skills Bulletin and Monitoring Ireland’s Skills Supply 2023 reports, Nora Condon and Fiona Daly from SOLAS Skills and Labour Market Research Unit (SLMRU), who delivered short presentations, followed by Q&A.
